Brainerd boys 56, Ooltewah 51: Brainerd overcame a 35-35 tie at the end of the third quarter rallied to defeat the Owls, 56-51. Dennis Lewis led the Panthers with 17 points, as teammates Donivon Thomas and Joshua Hood added 10 apiece,
Deleon Petty led a trio of Ooltewah players in double digits, with 17. Fellow Owls Keyshawn Corbin had 13 and Trey Laster chipped in with 12.
Ooltewah girls 64, Brainerd 17: Jordan McCollough popped the nets for 24 points as the Lady Owls downed Brainerd, 64-17.
McKenzie Bernier contributed 14 and Faith O’Donnell had 10 in the win.
