Tennova Healthcare - Cleveland opened their new South Cleveland primary care office at 1420 Fritz St. SE. This office will be the home of Harrison Sims, M.D. and Dana Sweitzer, NP.
Tennova Healthcare - South Cleveland Primary Care has eight exam rooms, offers primary care and has a multitude of services under one roof. These services include x-rays, labs, occupational health/medicine services and women’s health.

Dr. Sims has been in practice for almost 25 years and received his medical degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine and completed a general surgery residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, and a family medicine residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He is a member of the American Board of Family Practice and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Ms. Sweitzer is a certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. She was born and raised in Cleveland and is dedicated to helping families stay healthy. Ms. Sweitzer offers prevention and management of acute care and chronic disease conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, in addition to well checks, sick visits and routine health screenings. She is also certified by the NRCME as a DOT Medical Examiner and has been in practice for nine years.
