He was preceded in death by his children, Deb and Wayne Sisson; siblings and spouses; Betty and Herman Stanley, Johnny and Frankie Sisson, Gary and Brenda Sisson, Ben and Nell Kinsey, Joe and Sue Kinsey, Jean and JT Dunn, Chris and David McClure, and Cheryl Kinsey.

Missing him deeply are his loving wife of 49 years, Kathleen Kinsey Sisson; daughters and sons-in-law, Tracie and Chris Puchta and Tonya and Shaun Scott; grandchildren, Adam Cross, Zach and Rachel Hall, Shaw Scott, Emilee Puchta, Jocellen Puchta, Leigha Scott; great grandson, Kadence Hall; brother, Bobby Sisson; sister, Carolyn Patterson; brother-in-law, Donnie and Sheila Dunn; special friend, Gary Parr; cat, Sienna.

Charlie loved and was loved, as he would say "Big Ole Bunches". He enjoyed eating, watching the Dawgs and Braves and of course, deer hunting.  On most weekends he could be found in Ellijay at the Chigger Farm, his most favorite place in the world.  Above all else, he loved his family.  His world revolved around his wife, kids and grandkids, and he will be missed more than words can express.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, Oct. 4, from 5-9 p.m.

Services to celebrate his life will be on Wednesday at 11 a.m.  Rev. Dennis Chasteen and Jonathan Sisson will officiate.

Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.pondersfuneralhome.com.
