Clyde Wayne Dixon, 76, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully at Tennova Hospital in Cleveland on October 1, 2022. He was born on Sept. 28, 1946 in Cleveland to E.M. and Cynthia (Beard) Dixon. He was of the Baptist Faith and a life long resident of Cleveland. He retired from J.M. Huber after many years of working. Clyde loved his Corvettes and Harley Davidson motorcycles. He was known as the "Corvette Man."
He was preceded in death by his parents, E.M. Dixon and Cynthia Dixon; his brothers, Julian and James (Jim) DIxon; his sisters, Doris Goza, Reba Howell and Mickey Wooten; his nephews, Randy Climer, Barry Dixon and Casey Wooten; and one niece, Whitney Gray.
Left behind to cherish in his memory are his daughter, Valerie Bunch McCoy; and his sblings, Sandra Gray, Audrey Dixon and Honey Climer. He was beloved to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
There will be a private service at a later date by the family.
