Hunter Road Work To Take Place Week Of Oct. 10

  • Thursday, October 6, 2022

The Hamilton County Highway department will be reconstructing and repaving sections of Hunter Road next week to coincide partly with the schools’ fall break.

This work is anticipated to take two weeks to complete, weather dependent.

Message boards have already been placed onsite to help notify the traveling public.

A single lane of traffic will remain open, however officials expect long delays during this time and it is recommended to use alternate routes.

If the two week deadline is not going to be achieved, an update will be made.

For questions regarding this work, contact the Highway Department at 423-209-6100.
