A shooting on E. 23rd Street on Thursday afternoon left a man with life-threatening injuries.
The incident happened at 2303 East 23rd St.
Police said the victim was in a vehicle and drove down the street, making several stops before the vehicle halted.
He was then rushed to the hospital.
