Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical, Tennessee’s largest provider of residential and commercial service and repair, celebrated its new location in Chattanooga with a ribbon cutting and community event.

The Chattanooga location, Hiller’s 14th location, officially opened in October following the company’s acquisition of Chattanooga Heating & Air. With this merger, Hiller began serving customers in their sixth state, Georgia. In December, Hiller added America’s Plumbing & Sewer (formerly operating as a Rooter-man Franchisee) to this location, expanding its footprint and service area.

“Our team is thrilled to be a part of the Chattanooga community," said Jake Self, Hiller’s general manager in Chattanooga. “Our talented technicians have been welcomed with warm arms into many of your homes so far, and we’re looking forward to meeting many more of you in the years to come.”

During the celebration, the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce performed a ribbon cutting at Hiller’s Chattanooga branch, located at 7339 Lee Hwy., and issued a special proclamation that April 8 will be named “Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Day”. In addition, local radio station Sunny 92.3 (WDEF-FM) was on site interviewing the Hiller team about their services and programs and providing entertainment.

For Jimmy Hiller, the company’s founder and chief executive officer, this ribbon cutting was a particularly monumental event. “We have been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to serve the Chattanooga area," he said. “Now that we are here, it is a unique privilege for the or the Chattanooga Area Chamber to recognize and celebrate this day with us through this special proclamation.”

Over the past three decades, Hiller has grown from a single-truck operation to encompass over 500 trucks and 700 associates across 15 locations across seven states.
