Sanders, Larry Malcom (Cleveland)

Larry Malcom Sanders, 70, of Cleveland, passed away on May 17, 2022. He was born on March 13, 1952 to the late Denn and Peggy Sanders. Larry was a lifelong resident of this area. He was a member of Christian Outreach Church. Those who knew Larry will forever remember him as being a kind, friendly and generous person who would go out of his way to help anyone. He enjoyed visiting yard sales, amongst other outdoor activities, and enjoyed watching racing. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his mother and father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Sanders.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his siblings, Shirley McAmis (Tim) and Kenneth Sanders; sister-in-law, Margaret Sanders; nephews, Michael Sanders, Shane McAmis (Amanda) and Greg Sanders (Cheyenne); niece, Tiffany Thomas; great-nephew, Hayden Sanders; and great-nieces, Hannah Sanders and Alayna Sanders. In addition to these, he leaves behind several cousins, numerous extended family members and friends.

Larry’s family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24 at Companion Funeral Home, with a Memorial Service to follow at 7 p.m. Lester and Sieglinda Sherrill will be officiating.
