Shirley Jean Collier, 76, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday June 27, 2022 in a Chattanooga hospital. She was the daughter of the late Hoyt and Lorene Hamby.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Collier; sisters, Christine Hicks and Gracie Flowers; and brothers, Harold Hamby and Joe Hamby.
Shirley was a former employee with Bradley Health Care and Rehab, with over 23 years of service. She was a member of the Waterville Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Debbie Jones (Jacky) and Frankie Bowman; sons, David Collier and Dennis Collier (Kim); 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be held on Friday, July 1 at 7 p.m. at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Avenue Chapel. The family will receive friends Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
