Terry Denise Brady, 64, of Chattanooga, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, in a local hospital.

Terry was a 1976 graduate of Howard High School. She attended Virginia College where she received an Associate Degree in Medical Billing. She was employed as a Unit Clerk at Erlanger and Parkridge Hospitals for 12 years. Terry was a member of Greater Shiloh Baptist Church.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie James and Mary Ann Roper; aunts, Clara Williams and Harnitha Austin Williams; and nephew, Mac Oliver Hughes. 

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Randy Brady; son, Terran Brady; daughters, Rhonda Brady and Terra Brady; grandsons, Desmon Brady, Larry McCullough, Jr., Cedric Lewis, Jr., Elijah Lewis and Mustapha Brady; granddaughters, Tanay Brady, Zoey English, Tauheedah Brady, and Honor English; brothers, Dwight Roper, Charles Moore, Duncan Roper and Mac Hughes, and Ervin Hughes; sisters, Jennifer Owens, Kristie Logan, and Tenisha Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and friends. 

Terry will lie in state on Friday, July 8, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. 

Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel with  Pastor Charles Edward Moore as the eulogist.
