Cleveland State Community College held an inservice for faculty and staff. Many employees were honored with service and various other awards at the event.
Sandra Godsey was honored with the 2022 Service-Learning Champion Award. This is an annual faculty-staff nominated award honoring a colleague who has demonstrated commitment to the promotion of service-learning.
The following employees were honored with five-year service awards for their commitment and dedication to the college: Rick Monroe, Chris Jones, Diana Hendershott, Elizabeth Lambdin, Melodee Alexander, Stephen Carmer and Casi Hodges.
Aaron Bryant received a 15-year service award.
A 10-year service award was given to Maureen Baksh-Griffin, Donna Brogdon, Jean Moses, Sindy Reynolds and Vickie Still.
Karen Wyrick and Neil Greenwood were honored for 30 years of service, John Squires and Holly Appleton were honored for 20 years of service.
The following employees received their Level 1 Advisor Training certificate: Winona Christiansen, Matt Pankey, Desiree’ McCarthy, Chris Aragon, Chad Laxton and Darlene Looper.
