Sue Brogdon, 88, of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. 

 

Her greatest love was her family.  All of her children were proud to call her mom.  She received such joy in knowing all of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

 

Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Woodard “Woody” Brogdon; sons, Harold “Billy” Brogdon and Bobby Brogdon, and parents, Lester Roberson and Mamie Parker-Roberson.

 

She is survived by her son, Willie (Tina) Brogdon and Clarence (Kerry) Brogdon; daughters, Susie (Julian) McCord and Roberta “Birdie” (Andrew) Brock; multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

 

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 15, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home at Highway 58.  A visitation will also be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Heath Morton officiating.

 

Sue will be laid to rest with her husband, Woody Brogdon, in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
