CHI Memorial Medical Group announced Charles Tapley, MD, has joined CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - North River.
Dr. Tapley earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed his family medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Ind. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and has 26 years experience caring for patients in urgent and primary care settings.

Tapley joins Kimberly Pickett, MD, at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - North River. The practice is located in the CHI Memorial Hospital Hixson Professional Office Building at 2051 Hamill Road, Suite 210, Hixson. Office hours are Monday through Friday.
