The 24th Annual Grateful Gobbler Walk will be held on Thursday from 6:30-9 a.m. at Coolidge Park.
Every dollar raised goes to benefit the work done by the Maclellan Shelter for Homeless Families.
Packet pick up will occur on Wednesday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at Coolidge Park, with servings of hot chocolate provided by Ben & Jerry’s (while supplies last).
On Thursday morning, Co-Chairs Jay and Cynthia Dale, along with Crown Automotive Group, will welcome walkers to the Gobbler. Join Looie the Lookout in picking the best costume with coveted ‘golden turkey’ awards being given for the largest groups registered for the walk.
As the walk begins at 8 a.m.
(sharp!), walkers will be greeted by the Not-So-World-Famous Kazoo Band, Mr. & Mrs. Claus, a bead toss and buskers along the way.
