Frank Langston
Mr. Frank Langston, age 86, of LaFayette, GA passed away December 6, 2023, at Parkside Nursing Home.
Frank Langston was born August 19, 1937, to Mr. Alfred Charles Langston and Viola Langston.
He was a member of Cove Road Church of God, LaFayette, GA. Frank was a Navy Seaman of the United States Navy. He worked at Rhyne Brothers’ Pharmacy for 45 years and later worked at Medi-Thrift..
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Mae Langston; and two sisters, Alma Belle Montgomery and Rosie May Spate.
He is survived by his brother James Golden (Lonnie) Langston; son Charles (Carolyn) Langston of Hertford, Nc.; daughter Ella Davis of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. three grandchildren, Charles Frank Langston, Jr., Evelyn (Tony) McMath, Melody (Kendall) Daniels; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Dec. 15, at 11:30 a.m. in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel.
Interment will be at 2 p.m. at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
Visitation will be at 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
