Mary Rose Rogers, 93, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2023.

She was the daughter of Arthur and Genevive Pack.

Mary graduated from Central High School and worked at the Humane Society and Allied Laboratories where she retired. She was a faithful member of Spring Creek Road Baptist Church and the Fidelis class where she had many dear friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband James D. Rogers Sr. and one brother Arthur Pack Jr.

Survivors include daughter Diane Cutcher (Rick), son David Rogers Jr., grandchildren Adam Cutcher, Cortney Ballard, Andrew Rogers & Christy Reedy Wallace, great-grandchildren Leah Rose Ballard & Robbie Smith and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In Mary’s last few months of life, she was in the wonderful, gentle, loving care of the Hearth Hospice team of Chattanooga and Georgia, especially nurse Misty Martinez, CNA Ladainta and a host of caring angels, Ashley, Renee, Nicole, Barbara, Melissa and Chaplin Don.

A memorial visitation for Mary will be held Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Franklin Strickland Chapel, 1724 McCallie Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404.
