Osaka Sushi & Steakhouse is opening at 531 Signal Mountain Road.
It has been approved for a consumer beer license.
Jianhua Lin, one of the owners, told the City Beer Board he has more than 10 years of experience with beer sales in his other two locations, both in Georgia.
The Japanese steakhouse also has a TABC license and will be selling wine and spirits.
