Twin Peaks
Twin Peaks will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday at 2 p.m. to celebrate its opening at 500 Camp Jordan Parkway with the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce and La Cima Restaurants LLC members, which operates the new location.
Guests can attend the restaurant for dinner after the ribbon-cutting from 6-8 p.m. Twin Peaks will officially open its doors to the public on Monday at 4 p.m. Once open, the Chattanooga community can enjoy best-in-class food and 32 beers on tap while watching live coverage of their favorite teams with TVs at every angle in a cozy lodge environment, said officials.
“We have been looking forward to opening our first Twin Peaks location in Chattanooga and can’t believe the day is finally here,” said Twin Peaks CEO Joe Hummel. “We’re proud of Twin Peaks’ continued growth in the Southeast and being able to provide a great environment full of scenic views for the community to enjoy made-from-scratch menu items and an unmatched bar experience while hanging out with friends — especially on game days.”
Located between Bass Pro Shop and Top Golf, the grand opening will mark the first in the city and the fourth location in Tennessee. Twin Peaks in Chattanooga will be open from 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Twin Peaks’ scratch kitchen is "bursting with flavors with menu items such as hand-smashed burgers seared to order, beer-battered chicken tenders, in-house smoked favorites, and gameday shareables for the whole crew. In addition to its wide selection of draft favorites, Twin Peaks’ robust beverage menu has something for everyone, whether it’s a rare bourbon or tequila poured over a crystal-clear ice ball or a hand-crafted cocktail."
