Alexis B. Crutchfield
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. has hired attorney Alexis B. Crutchfield, who will serve the firm's estate planning practice area.

Crutchfield frequently assists clients with a variety of estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts and powers of attorney, achieving current and long-term planning goals and petitioning for conservatorship. In addition, she ensures each plan is specifically tailored to preserve and protect her client's personal and financial assets. With a background in civil litigation, Ms. Crutchfield's clients see her as a reliable resource in difficult times, and she understands how to approach each complex situation with support and understanding."
Ms. Crutchfield received a bachelor's degree from Samford University in 2017 before continuing her education at the Howard University School of Law, where she served as a student attorney for the school's Child Welfare Clinic. She is a member of the S.L. Hutchins, Chattanooga and Tennessee Bar Associations. She is also a member of the American Inns of Court, Brock-Cooper Chapter and a board member for the Chattanooga Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, where she received the Service of the Year Award in 2022. In addition to volunteering at various Legal Aid clinics, Ms. Crutchfield has represented clients through pro bono work in orders of protection and obtaining conservatorship.
