Partnership For Families, Children And Adults Maintains COA Accreditation

  • Friday, October 11, 2024
Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults announces that it has successfully maintained its accreditation through the Council on Accreditation.

Officials said, "Since first receiving this  recognition in 1977, Partnership has continued to lead the region in providing quality, accredited services that meet the highest standards of care.

"COA Accreditation represents a thorough, strengths-based evaluation of the entire organization and provides an independent and objective verification against a comprehensive list of standards.
These standards, ranging from service delivery to organizational management, are based on proven best practices. At Partnership, the diversity and scope of our services required a unique and extensive submission process, reflecting the many programs we offer."

“Our accreditation process is a testament to the extraordinary range of services we provide and our unwavering commitment to excellence,” said Wendy Green, director of quality and elder services, who led the accreditation effort. “This rigorous review highlights not only the quality of our programs but also our dedication to ensuring that every individual we serve receives the highest standard of care and support.”

Officials said, "Maintaining COA accreditation underscores Partnership’s commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful services across all areas of need—a commitment we've upheld for 47 consecutive years."

“Our continued accreditation reflects our deep commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in providing life-changing services for the community,” said Kevin Hyde, CEO of Partnership. “It is a recognition of the integrity and dedication of our team, who work tirelessly to uphold the highest standards in everything we do. We remain focused on making a lasting impact for those we serve, ensuring that safety, stability, and hope are always within reach.”

Officials said, "As Partnership for Families, Children, and Adults approaches its 150th anniversary, the organization remains steadfast in its commitment to serving Chattanooga’s most vulnerable individuals and families. This continued accreditation marks nearly five decades of leading with excellence, ensuring that Partnership delivers high-quality, compassionate services across its wide range of programs, including elder support, deaf services, domestic violence intervention, and youth programs.

"Partnership is dedicated to strengthening the community by helping individuals achieve safety, stability and hope. For more information or to learn how you can support its mission, visit partnershipfca.com."
