Hundreds of eager fans joined Colton Dixon as he continued his UP+UP tour in Chattanooga on Sunday night. The Walker Theatre, located inside of Memorial Auditorium, was filled with families who were ready to sing along to hits by Colton Dixon, Jeremy Rosado, and Austin French.

Rosado opened the night with a short set that started the show with upbeat and encouraging tunes. Without a break for a set change, Austin French took the stage with a rush of energy. To the cheers of the ecstatic crowd, French’s hit songs “Freedom Hymn” and “Born Again” were included in his set.

After a brief intermission, Colton Dixon took the stage with his new song “UP+UP.” Although not the most familiar song to the audience, the uplifting message and fast pace brought everyone to their feet instantly. Dixon interacted with the audience from the very beginning, taking selfies with fans and asking for their help singing the chorus of his song “My Light.”

The former American Idol finalist did not miss a beat for the entirety of the show. The integration of music and lights was flawless, adding to the overall experience. Throughout the entire set, he kept the attention of his fans by mixing in familiar hits with new music. Playing his hit songs “Build a Boat” and “Miracles” were the highlights of the night for all of those in attendance.

Dixon combined talented vocals with catchy and uplifting tunes, leaving everyone smiling by the end of the concert. The Chattanooga stop on the UP+UP tour proved to be a spectacular show with three amazing artists that could bring an audience to their feet.
