A crash report was taken in the 5500 block of Tucker Road after a vehicle collided with a mailbox, drove over a retaining wall, and through a fence.
Police and fire responded to a fire alarm at the Village at Apison Pike apartment complex. The alarm was found to be malfunctioning.
Police were dispatched to the Walmart for a family begging for money and causing a traffic hazard. The family was asked to leave the private property.
An officer was dispatched to the campus of Southern Adventist University for a suspicious person who had been walking around campus asking for a ride to Rossville Boulevard. A church member provided the individual a ride.
Police were dispatched to a parking lot in the 9400 block of Apison Pike for an individual who appeared to be looking into the parked cars. Contact was made with the individual and the officer was able to confirm that everything was ok.
