Peggy Marie King Crocker, 79, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2024, at Life Care Center in Hixson.

Born in Detroit, Mi., and raised in Middlesboro, Ky., but called East Ridge home for most of her life.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lucian and Pearl King, and her brother, Joe Nagle, and sister, Phyllis Kalfas.

A proud graduate of the East Tennessee Baptist Hospital - Nursing School, Peggy dedicated her life to serving others as a compassionate and skilled registered nurse. Her commitment to care for others and her unwavering dedication to her profession left a lasting impact on countless lives. Of all the things that could be said about Peggy, the one thing that was never in doubt was her certainty of faith in Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior.

She is survived by her sons, Chuck (Michelle) Jones, and Matthew (Deana) Crocker; grandchildren, Kelsie (Levi) Sanders, Hayden Jones, and Rylee Crocker; great grandchildren, Mack, Elizabeth, and Silas Sanders.

Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held immediately following the visitation at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Peggy's son-in-law, Pastor Levi Sanders officiating.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
