Charles Jerry Moore, 74, of Soddy Daisy, departed from this world on Thursday, April 11, 2024, in the comfort of his daughter's home, embraced by his loved ones.

Known for his witty sense of humor and spot-on impersonations, particularly of the iconic UT Vols announcer, John Ward. Jerry delighted his friends and family with his comedic talent. Jerry had a passion for fishing, camaraderie with his buddies, cherished moments with family and friends, and unwavering support for UT football. He dedicated his career to serving others as an insurance salesman for Larry Daniels Insurance.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Vicki Moore and his mother, Mary Everett.

Left to cherish his memories are his children, Charles A. (Amy) Moore and Ashley (Brian Keast) Moore; grandchildren, Courtney Moore, Jackson Fouts, Carson Shadrick and Addison Shadrick; father, Charles Moore; aunt, Francis Everett; uncle, Shelly Everett; sister, Linda Matney; and nephews, Brian Matney and Mark Matney.

Jerry leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will forever be treasured by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

All services will be held privately.
