Brent Howard
Miller & Martin PLLC welcomes attorney Brent Howard as a member of the firm practicing in the Trusts, Estates and Wealth Management Practice Group.
With a focus on complex estate planning and administration, Mr. Howard’s practice includes plans with challenging family structures, business succession needs, international aspects, and transfer tax considerations. He advises clients on matters involving estate planning, estate administration, tax-exempt entities, transfer tax, business succession planning and cross-border planning and administration.
“I decided to join Miller & Martin for a number of reasons, including their more robust platform of client services,” said Mr. Howard. “This will allow me to better serve my clients and continue to grow my practice.”

Before receiving his law degree, Mr. Howard was a control system technician, and he utilizes his processing skills to provide efficient legal services to his clients.
Mr. Howard earned both his law degree and undergraduate degree from Georgia State University. He is a licensed attorney in Tennessee and Georgia.
