A free 10-week weight loss program, Best Weigh, will begin on Monday, Jan. 27 at 6 p.m. at the South Bay Seventh-day Adventist Church, 4605 Redland Dr. in Chattanooga.

The Best Weigh program will be facilitated by two medical doctors, Dr. Eric Nelson and Dr. David Bowers, and will focus on the science behind weight loss, while providing motivation to help attendees achieve the weight loss they desire.  On average, attendees lose 10-30 pounds over the course of the 10-weeks.

The Best Weigh program is free and open to the public, and registration is required.
To register, visit southbaysda.org/health. For more information, contact Dr. Eric Nelson at health@southbaysda.org or 423-541-0622.

The event is sponsored by the South Bay Seventh-day Adventist Church to encourage community residents to live healthier lives through exercise, plenty of sunshine, spiritual growth and a vegetarian, plant-based, whole foods diet.
