100 Hibachi & Sushi will open its third Chattanooga location at Cambridge Square on Monday. The restaurant is at 9469 Bradmore Lane and is situated within the community’s public square, offering indoor and outdoor seating. 100 has existing locations in East Brainerd and Hixson, and is operated and managed by local restaurateur, Evan Chen.
Cambridge Square is a commercial and residential community located in Ooltewah, just east of I-75 North. It is home to more than 40 local restaurants, retailers, health and fitness businesses, healthcare and professional service office tenants.
“Evan is a well-established and innovative operator,” said Jim Cheney who oversees marketing and leasing at Cambridge Square. “His 100 brand has done extremely well in the Chattanooga market, and as patrons of our community know, we are very keen on local brands expanding their footprint at Cambridge. We’re looking forward to a superior Hibachi, Sushi and Ramen experience.”
100 will provide a fast-casual dining atmosphere with a broad spectrum of dining options including Boba teas; authentic Asian appetizers and salads; Nigiri, Sashimi, and standard Sushi rolls; chicken, steak, shrimp, fish, tofu, and vegetable Hibachi entrees. In addition, and specific only to Cambridge Square, the menu will provide an assortment of Ramen dishes such as Vegan Shoyu, Tonkotsu, Chicken Katsu and Tempura Miso.
“The 100 concept has been successful because it combines quick service with high quality, fresh food,” said Mr. Chen. “We think the addition of Ramen in Cambridge will be well received and we’re looking forward to serving those customers who are familiar with this style of cuisine, while also introducing these dishes to those who are trying it for the first time.”
100 Hibachi & Sushi will be open Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.; Friday through Saturday 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
