Free Valentine’s Concert At Cleveland State

  • Tuesday, February 11, 2025

The community is invited to a free Valentine’s Concert on Thursday, February 13, 6 p.m. Cleveland State Community College's music program presents this concert in the George R. Johnson Cultural Heritage Center Auditorium on the college’s main campus.

The concert will feature music performed by Cleveland State’s Vocal Rhapsody choral ensemble and the Choir Club. The evening's love-themed jazz selections will include Love is Here to Stay, When You’re Smiling and It Had to Be You.

"These students have worked so incredibly hard on this concert over the past few weeks,” said
Andie Phillips, Director of Vocal Rhapsody. “We're so excited for you all to come! Not only will
we have the whole choir sing, but also several students will sing solos, duets, and even a small
ensemble. It's a great way to celebrate the Valentine's holiday with jazz standards we all know
and love!"

The concert is free and open to the public. For more information, please call (423) 473-2303.
