Born in Chattanooga, to Ernest G. Stallings, Jr. and Ingrid M. Foxall (both of whom predeceased him), Jason was a passionate soul with a love for learning and self-expression. He graduated from the Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies from Clayton State University.

Jason’s family and friends will remember him for his kind spirit, sharp wit, and boundless creativity. He is also survived by his step-siblings Susan, Mark, Laura, and Sandy, as well as an extended family and a circle of dear friends who cherished him deeply.
Jason was especially grateful for his friendship with Megan, who stood by him as a constant source of love and support throughout his illness. Her presence was a comfort to him during his most challenging days, and the family is forever thankful for her unwavering care.
