Warren McDaniels, Jr.
Southern Adventist University will welcome global professional Warren McDaniels, Jr., president of Laurelbrook School and Sanitarium, to speak on “The Business of Missions” for the E.A. Anderson Lecture on Monday, March 3, beginning promptly at 6:50 p.m. in Brock Hall.
With more than 20 years of international mission experience in Argentina, Bolivia, and Guyana, Mr. McDaniels has dedicated his career to education and community development. He graduated from Alabama A&M University in Huntsville with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and held leadership roles in global supply chain and manufacturing engineering at ABB Group, Johnson Controls, and Caterpillar. Mr. McDaniels’ passion for service shines through his work mentoring youth and building stronger communities. He currently leads operations for a 50-bed nursing home and boarding academy in Dayton.
The E.A. Anderson Lecture Series is an annual feature of the Institute of Ethical Leadership housed within Southern’s School of Business. The free series aims to develop and support leaders through education and experience while fostering ethical marketplace environments. Made possible by the generosity of the late E.A. Anderson of Atlanta, the lectures promote expertise and perspectives from business leaders from across the country.
