Constitutional Republic Vs. Democracy - And Response (3)

  • Thursday, March 20, 2025

I am constantly amazed by the lack of education about the U.S. government. Currently the cry as given by the fallacy of “Our Democracy Is Under Attack” is a contradiction in itself. We have a constitutional republic, which has democratic elections as a part, but the control is not by democracy. The Constitution controls.

If we had a democracy, then the current administration would he control completely because they won the democratic election. Being a Constitutional Republic prevents that.

But the “enemy within” are trying to ignore the Constitution.

The Constitution has been diluted for a century now, as they have ignored the 10th Amendment, which was a very important part of the original Bill of Rights, to limit the power of a single powerful centralized government. The founders knew the damage that the lack of a counter balance to protect liberty would cause.

That counter balance has been diluted by the 17th amendment which made state's governments inconsequential and dependent, instead of being a counter-balance, when it changed how senators are selected, originally designed to represent the states. The Senate now is made up by a popularity contest, such that senators no longer represent the states. They are basically just concerned with elections, the same as representatives, just with longer terms.

But the lack of respect for the 10th amendment has allowed the federal government to take over more and more that was never designed to be federal controlled. The single example I can think of that has gone against that trend was the Supreme Court decision saying that the Constitution does not give the federal government control of the abortion issues. An example many want to have the same logic used to actually follow the Constitution’s 10th Amendment is education, as is has had a lot of publicity recently.

The current crying shows a one-sided political bias that is not actually interested in democracy. That is just a call that is being made to try to influence even though itself is false. Not a single specific action has been given of showing any attempt to remove the democratic elections or the Constitution. But there have been many documented corrupt actions by the side that is doing the crying.

Paying a foreign agent to interfere with the 2016 election: The payment for the Steele dossier from The Democrat National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign is basic corruption aided by corrupt FBI insiders and others. Of course Hillary Clinton was known to be corrupt long before this, when she stole the Rose Law Firm billing records that were under subpoena, later found by a maid in the private 1st lady’s sitting room in the White house. I guess Trump snuck in and put them there.

The Hunter Biden laptop: Even though it had been verified by the FBI as authentic, long before it was public, those corrupt individuals who covered that up to interfere with the 2020 election.

Corrupt judges who ignore the division and check and balances, defined in the Constitution, to try to interfere with the division of powers between the three branches of the federal government. District judges must be punished when their lame attempts to take total control to enforce their political biases. But the judiciary will not take any actions, as most of the legal profession protects itself. Impeachment is the only action that can be taken, but is not something that most want to take. If the Roberts Supreme Court does nothing, the lack of respect for the judiciary just grows.

Now judges are trying to take total control of foreign policy and other actions that should not be under single district judges. Especially ones that have documented biased proven by previous actions on the FISA court and support for the use of false testimony, with no real penalty ever given. Judges who refuse to recuse themselves for blatant biases and actions. They have been activists for the Democrat party, with immediate family members making money by actively working against the Trump administration directly involved in the actions being judged. But other judges will not call them out, just cover up, out of the legal profession’s general self-importance and belief that lawyers and judges are better and more important than others.

Excellent summation, Mr. Jim Hill. The lack of education of our founding principles and the Constitution is astonishing.

One topic you brought up is the interference by radical leftist judges against the Executive Branch which is beyond comprehension, but not surprising.

Just since President Trump has taken office for the second time, since January there have been as of this writing 15 frivolous lawsuits filed against his administration from leftist groups and organizations continuing the lawfare that has been used against him for nearly a decade. Many of these judges are the same ones who tried to bankrupt and imprison him before the election. Tanya Chutkan and Beryl Howell are examples. How do these keep getting called upon as judge when there is supposed to be a rotation of case load?

There is a report that shows that 64 lawsuits were brought against President Trump's first administration, which was more than the last three Presidents combined.

The failure is with the Supreme Court and (in my opinion) the compromised Chief Justice Roberts is very telling of why this judicial overreach continues to this day. Multiple outlets reporting that Roberts was involved with Epstein and he may be blackmailed due to his involvement, however this will need to be proven if any of the Epstein investigation reports and files are actually released unredacted. Time will tell - just like the JFK files which haven’t fully been released yet, but that’s another story on that cover up.

The Supreme Court should step in to reel in these activists posing as judges. Roberts had his chance a few weeks ago so it probably will not happen. And yes, these judges need impeached as they are way outside their judicial authority over the Executive Branch.

The Democrats and their party who support these activist judges are currently trying to:

1. Continue funding corruption, fraud and waste for USAID funding. Secretary Rubio stated that 83 percent of USAID would be eliminated and only keep essential services.

2. Interfere with deportations of illegal gang members who have committed violent crimes against people in our country.

3. Stop Lee Zeldin, the head of the EPA, from getting back $20 billion in fraudulent contracts and payments to programs such as Stacy Abram’s Environmental project. These were awarded during the last few days of the Biden administration to hurry up before Trump took office.

4. Reinstating temporary probation workers who had not achieved permanent employment status.

This is just a small summation of the lawfare that is being used presently against the Trump administration, with many more instances that I could cite.

What is happening in America right now is alarming. Democracy, as many call it, is being destroyed by lunatics setting fire to all things Tesla and pushing back on common sense government (DOGE) audits.

That Crockett congresswoman advocating take down Tesla and Tim Walz getting a boost from watching Tesla stock fall on his iPhone app. Yet Walz, he doesn’t realize in his own state of Minnesota, it has a couple of million dollars of Tesla stock in the state’s portfolio.

Well, Elon trolled Walz back for his little giddy moment with "Thank God VP JD Vance’s pic is hanging in the Whitehouse not Walz." Seems like fair play to me.

The question is do any Democrats denounce this domestic terrorism that is being done to an American company, its workers, dealerships and Tesla car owners? I haven’t heard but one Democrat congressman (Ro Khanna) on television denounce this criminal activity going on all across the nation. It appears Democrats are okay with this behavior, just like the summer of Love, as long as it goes with their narrative and agenda.

On another note, I’m old enough to be on Social Security and by all reports that agency will be out of money in 2033, just eight years from now if there aren’t changes made. So everything that DOGE is finding is of great importance if this country can be saved from bankruptcy. The interest of our debt alone is more than the defense budget. And the Democrats and their activist judges are opposed to this audit.

The Constitution and the separation of powers as set forth with the three branches of government must be upheld. Democrats, activist judges and their financial allies (Soros, Hoffman and others) cannot be allowed to subvert the powers of these principles of governance, the will of the people (the majority who elected President Trump in an overwhelming victory) if this country is going to survive. It is a shame that our children and grandchildren will suffer the consequences of failed leadership that has been allowed to continue for decades.

Mr. Tinker,

About your Social Security: Mr. Musk is on record stating that entitlements are “the big thing to eliminate,” and that Social Security is “the biggest Ponzi scheme of all time.” If you are counting on DOGE to keep your check coming, you may be in for a nasty surprise.

Mr. McCullough must realize that Elon Musk cannot eliminate Social Security all by himself and that amongst the more sacred cows of entitlements, Social Security is first and foremost and, as such, is not on the DOGE chopping block.

What Mr. Musk said about it being a Ponzi scheme is fairly accurate if you understand what a Ponzi scheme is. What I think Mr. Musk was trying to convey, perhaps rather poorly, is that there is enough fraud and waste within the system to warrant a thorough audit to see if all the money is going to legitimate individuals.

If done so, it may prolong the viable life of the program which, because it is a Ponzi scheme, is destined to fail at some point in the hopefully distant future.
