Wilson, aka “Bo,” was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on March 13, 1966, to Wilson Meadows Sr. and Amezia Walton Meadows. Bo lost his biological mother at an early age and was raised by his father and grandmother, Odessa Meadows. He graduated high school, class of 1984 as the star quarterback of City High School. After high school, he attended MTSU in Murfreesboro, Tn., along with Chattanooga State and Chattanooga Barber College. After college, he married his former wife, Catrina Meadows, and enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he served from 1986 to 1994. Bo ended his career with the U.S. Army in 1994 as an E5. He continued his passion in food services after exiting the U.S. Army, working various positions over the years.
