Police advised him to call back if the party’s presence causes him to be in fear. Police responded to the residence a short time later and met with a distraught caller who said an ERPD officer read his mind prior to leaving earlier in the day and that the officer told a fellow officer that the caller “wanted him” while the officer “strutted” down the driveway. He was assured that the officers did not read his mind. The man relented and went back into his residence.
