Paul Sikorski, formerly of Hixson, Tennessee died on March 12, 2025, surrounded by family and friends. He was born on November 11, 1922 in Chicago, IL. Paul was 102.

Paul was a graduate of Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Illinois and Northwestern University. Paul was a WWII veteran who served in Europe from February 1944 to May 1946 and achieved the rank of Master Sergeant. Paul worked at Textile Rubber and Chemical in Dalton, Ga., for 45 years. He worked in sales, managed the European division for two years, then became Vice President and Director of Marketing until his retirement in 2008.

Paul was an active member for over 50 years at St. Jude Catholic Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and co-chaired the construction of the current St. Jude Church building. He was a member of the finance board for four years and worked on the parish council and the school board for three years. Paul was a fourth degree Knight of Columbus.

He was a proud Polish American who will be remembered as a great patriot and a wonderful, caring and loving man and father.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Sikorski, parents, Mary and Paul Sikorski and his sister, Mary Joan Paul. Paul’s survivors include four children; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 1 Mount Oliver Dr., Chattanooga, Tn. 37412, on Saturday, May 31, at 1 p.m. with military honors. Paul will be laid to rest with his wife.
