East Ridge Police made six arrests while conducting an undercover prostitution sting targeting local escort services on Friday.
Several of the escort services targeted would not send escorts to East Ridge due to aggressive enforcement by police, officials said.
All persons arrested have a court date in East Ridge City Court on Wednesday.
East Ridge Police said, "Prostitution is associated with many different types of criminal activity. The East Ridge Police is committed to deterring criminal activity in the city of East Ridge."
Those arrested were:
Tracy Austin - prostitution
Kristin Moorman - promoting prostitution
Darrell Smith - promoting prostitution
Julia Smith - prostitution
James Clemons - promoting prostitution
Sabrina Morgan - prostitution
