New Event Raises Awareness About Reproductive Health Among African American Women

Afternoon Delights - Let's Talk About Sex is a new event sponsored by Chattanooga Cares to promote African American Women’s health. Afternoon Delights is a free community brunch geared towards African American Women to talk openly about all things sexy.

 

Along with free brunch and mimosas, there will be a guest speaker and open discussion panel featuring A Step Ahead to talk and answer questions about women's sexual/reproductive health.

This event will be held on Saturday, Sept. 30, on the fifth floor of The Edney Building at 1100 Market St. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m.

 

Participants must register for the event beforehand at ChattanoogaCARES.org. Must be 18+ to enter and 21+ to drink. For more information please contact Cory Howard atchoward@chattanoogacares.org.
