Thanks, Georgia Public TV

  • Wednesday, November 13, 2019

All of my grandchildren have enjoyed watching PBS morning shows like Curious George and Daniel Tiger. This morning, contrary to their stated schedule and without warning, our local Public TV station, WTCI, switched to a new clown show instead of their regular children’s programming. This clown is not really funny, however. His name is Adam Schiff.

But kudos to Georgia Public TV for remembering who their morning audience is. They didn’t interrupt their lineup with the pompous Mr. Schiff.

I’m so glad we have a choice here. And with a choice of about 10 other channels broadcasting the Schiff show, it would seem WTCI would have remembered who their morning audience is and not replace programs directed at children with politics.
