Natalie McDonald Joins Siskin Hospital As Director Of Outpatient Therapy Services

Siskin Hospital announced Natalie McDonald as its new director of Outpatient Therapy Services.

Ms. McDonald will oversee the operations of multiple outpatient clinics.

 

Ms.

McDonald comes to Chattanooga from Springfield, Ohio where she served as vice president of clinical operations for a corporation that contracts with hospitals as a management partner to operate their home health agencies across the United States.

 

She has nearly 20 years of healthcare management experience specializing in leadership, strategic planning, marketing, client relations, staff development, project management, organizational development, human resources and business process development.

 

Ms. McDonald received a bachelor’s of business administration from Ohio University, with a double major in marketing and healthcare administration and a minor in human resources.
