Galinger Family Adds Ringgold Restaurant As Defendant In Lawsuit On Traffic Death Of Police Officer

The family of Nicholas Galinger has added a Ringgold restaurant as a defendant in its lawsuit over the traffic death of the rookie police officer. The $25 million lawsuit was amended to include the Farm to Fork restaurant. The lawsuit was against Janet Hinds, the former Soddy Daisy postmaster, who is charged with vehicular homicide in the case.
