Tyrese Vaughn
Tyrese Akil Vaughn, 16, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019, in a local hospital.
He was a 10th grader at Brainerd High School and attended Olivet Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Ernest Patillo, Sr. and Cardean Brown; grandmothers, Betty Patillo and Barbara Vaughn; aunt, Shirley Patillo; and uncle, Ervin Patillo.
Survivors include his mother, Angie Patillo; brothers, Tyler Patillo and Tristan Patillo; Aaron Patillo and Ernest Patillo, Jr., all of Chattanooga; aunts, Jacqueline Ruiz of New Orleans, LA, Sandra Patillo, Carmille Patillo, and Rhonda Vaughn, all of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives and friends.
Tyrese will lie in state on Thursday, Dec. 11, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Minister Chris Sands as the eulogist.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
