24-Year Employee Of CSX Railroad Killed In Accident At Wauhatchie Yards

A 24-year employee of CSX Transportation has been killed in an accident at the Wauhatchie Yards.

Allen Lowe was struck by a train.

He was the father of two children.

CSX officials said, "Safety is CSX’s highest priority and our goal is for every employee to return home safely. Losing a fellow railroader is difficult for everyone at CSX, and we will conduct a thorough investigation to understand the cause of this incident."
