Robert “Eddy” Jackett Sr., 77, born April 26, 1942 to Robert W. Jackett and Lillian Inez Burnett Jackett at Baptist Hospital, Memphis, Tn,, died May 16, 2019 at his home on Dayton Mountain.
Eddy was past master of Masonic Lodge 512, Dayton, and a member of Alhambra Shrine of Chattanooga, serving in the Provost Unit. He was a tool and die maker with La-Z-Boy, Dayton for over 30 years. He was a fisherman and a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother and one son, Robert “Bobby” Jackett, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Patricia “Pat” Rigsby Jackett; daughter, Tarayca “Teri” Jackett; son, Patrick (Daryla) Jackett; grandchildren, Katie (Jesse) Headlee, Michelle, Courtney, Whitney, Michael and Matthew Jackett; and great-grandchildren, Eli, Jack and Jessa Headlee.

A Masonic graveside service will be held Sunday, May 19, at 2 p.m. at Spence Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Saturday, May 18, from 4-8 p.m. at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home.
