Willie “Duke” Franklin Williams, 60, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019.  

He was a 1976 graduate of Riverside High School. He was a member of Rock Island Baptist Church in his early years. 

Willie was preceded in death by his parents, Conyers and Hilda Williams, Sr.; brothers, Conyers Jr. Williams, Thomas Williams, Larry Williams, Richard Williams, Sr., Jerry Williams, David Williams, and Charles Williams; nephews, Richard Ward and Steven Newton, Jr.

Survivors include his son, Qwintral Braham, Sr. and Ronnell Braham; daughter, Qwintrise Braham; brother, Clarence (Regina) Williams; sisters, Connie (Steven) Newton, Sr. and Cortina (Criss) Patterson; three grandchildren; sister-in-law, JoAnn Williams; loving friend, Judy Henderson; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be on Sunday, June 9, from 6-7 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be on Monday, June 10, at noon with Pastor Ronald B. Cook, Sr. in Highland Memorial Gardens.
