Clarice Imogene "Nanny" Braden, 90, of Harrison, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by loved ones.

She was a tiny lady with a huge heart who spread her kindness and generosity to all who knew her. Her family was her life’s passion and love. She had a giving spirit and provided help to anyone in need.

She had a strong faith and attended Crossroads Baptist Church.

Clarice was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Braden; her parents and several siblings.  She is rejoicing in her heavenly home but will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her daughters, son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her brother.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Hamilton Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 17, from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. prior to the service at Hamilton Funeral Home.
