First Horizon Bank announced beginning Monday they are adjusting services at banking centers to drive-thru only to help keep customers and employees as safe as possible. Lobbies will be available by appointment only.
Drive-thru services include:
• Get a cashier’s check;
• Make commercial deposits (single or multiple); or
• Non-customer check cashing.
The following banking services can also be completed on the First Horizon mobile app:
• Check balances;
• Deposit checks;
• Pay bills or add on/delete within bill pay;
• Transfer funds; and
• View and search transactions.
Due to the lack of drive-thru services at the downtown Chattanooga branch, lobby hours will be by appointment only. Customers looking for nearby drive-thru service can visit the branch in North Chattanooga, located at 1 Cherokee Blvd.
