McGill, Dora Mae (Cleveland)

Dora Mae McGill, 75, of Cleveland, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020. She was a lifelong resident of the area and of the Christian faith. She enjoyed working puzzles, gardening and spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Rosie and Johnny Flowers; two brothers, Howard and James Flowers; and daughter, Donna McGill.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Paul Beavers, Jr.; daughter, Rebecca Beavers; sister, Mary Hawkins; seven grandchildren, Sebastian Haskins, Dylan Stevenson, Larry McGill, Jr., Keith McGill, Dustin Lowe, Brittany Bramlett and Whitney Beavers; and great-grandchildren, Alex McGill, Ambrie McGill, Knox Hawkins, Summer McGill, Emma McGill, Aaden Ballew, Nevaeh Stevenson, Kelby and Elijah Barker, Gracie Beavers, Skylee Bramlett, Kynslee Ownby and Chanstin Goode.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Chapel of Companion Funeral Home, 2415 Georgetown Road, NW in Cleveland on Friday, May 22. 
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1 p.m. A graveside service will follow in the Prospect Cemetery.
