Moondog Therapy Partners Opens New Clinic In East Chattanooga

  • Wednesday, January 20, 2021

Moondog Therapy Partners is a new outpatient clinic in East Chattanooga that offers alternative solutions to physical pain and limitations outside of pills and surgery. The treatment approach at Moondog is lifestyle-focused, movement-based, and hands-on. They aim to keep active adults in the community doing the things they need and love to do.

Moondog is now offering free educational content about how to prevent and manage joint pain. Osteoarthritis, which is caused by the breakdown of joint cartilage, is the most common and persistent cause of mobility limitations and disability in the world. It affects approximately 250 million people, which is about 3.6 percent of the world’s population. That is why Moondog is providing a short video describing what cartilage is, why it is important, and how to keep it healthy.  Those who want to learn more can also access this report, “Joint Health: The 4 Best Ways To Prevent and Manage Joint Pain Without Pills or Surgery.”

Moondog is offering free in-person or virtual consultation to all who wish to speak with a clinician about how non-pharmacological treatments may help them.

Visit the Moondog website at moondogtherapy.com/blog/joint-health to watch the video, get the report, or set up a free consultation.
