The J. Alexander's Restaurant property near Hamilton Place Mall has sold for $6,763,739.

The location is at 2215 Hamilton Place Boulevard.

The sale was to Db Jaxre Llc from Jax Real Estate Llc.

Also, the Golden Corral property on Gunbarrel Road has sold.

It is at 1808 Gunbarrel Road.

That Golden Corral is listed as permanently closed.

One sale at 1808 Gunbarrel was to Four Musketeers Llc from Paradise Properties Financial Corp. for $2,750,000. Another at the same location was to Cft Nv Developments Llc from Four Musketeers Llc for $1,600,000.
