CSAS Volleyball Takes Division 4A Title With Victory Over Meigs County

Chattanooga School for the Arts and Sciences took the Division 4A volleyball title on Thursday night with a 3-0 victory over Meigs County.

Game scores were 25-14, 25-23, 25-16.

Ellianna Sawyer had 12 kills and Kendall Townsend added 11 kills, two blocks and an ace.

Gracie Lallier had five kills, six aces and eight digs. Chelsea Chavis had 16 digs, while Ashlin Lowry had nine digs.

CSAS next travels on Monday night to Harriman, which defeated Clarkrange on Thursday night.

If CSAS wins, then it can go on to host the region championship on Tuesday night and Substate on Thursday night.
