Cleveland State Men's Basketball Takes Win 78-69 Over Walters State

Cleveland State Men’s Basketball won in overtime on Saturday evening as the final score was 78-69 over conference foe Walters State.

Maurice Dickson scored a career-high 26 points while also grabbing five boards, stealing the ball twice, and blocking a shot. Damian Forest also scored 18 points of his own while tying his career high with 16 rebounds and dishing out an assist, stealing the ball twice, and blocking a career-best four shots. Khristian Green was the third Cougar to reach double-digits in points, scoring 15 points, while also recording an assist and a steal.

Cleveland State also outrebounded the Senators 41-26.

The Cougars will be back in action on Wednesday as they travel to Tullahoma, Tn. to square off with Motlow State. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
